Curtis Lam, PE

Curtis Lam has 23 years of experience in the design of recycled water and potable water distribution system infrastructure, wastewater treatment and collection system design, and the master planning of water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure. A principal with HydroScience, Curtis has served as principal-in-charge, project manager and project engineer on a wide range of water, wastewater, and recycled water projects.

Bill Slenter, PE

Bill Slenter is a civil engineer with 23 years of experience. His areas of expertise include permitting, funding, planning, design, and construction support of wastewater and recycled water systems. A principal with HydroScience, he has served as principal, project manager and project engineer on a wide range of water-related projects.

Mary Hoang, PE

Mary Hoang has 25 years of experience in civil engineering. Her areas of expertise are water utility management, water quality, drinking water regulations, water distribution, water treatment, recycled water, and water resources. Mary has worked for both public and private water utilities, and her experience spans from engineering capital and development projects to operations and maintenance of both potable and recycled water systems. She has an extensive background in water quality and has chaired many committees on this subject.  

 

Cindy Preuss, PE, LEED AP

A Principal with HydroScience, Cindy Preuss has 15 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing public water and wastewater projects. Her areas of expertise include sanitary sewer collection system design, stormwater permitting, and trenchless technology. Cindy's experience in trenchless technology design includes horizontal directional drilling, auger bore and jacking, sliplining, pipe bursting, cured-in-place pipe, and spiral-wound lining. She is also a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Practitioner (QSP) and a LEED Accredited Professional. 

 

Sim BLAKE, PE

A principal with HydroScience, Sim has an extensive background in water and wastewater process engineering. He has directed a range of projects including facility planning, preliminary and detailed facility design, and construction management.
